I found the time spent working with GGA on this project to be really valuable. The findings really helped the marketing team develop a better understanding of our audience and helped us establish a clearer framework for future marketing campaigns. The objectives of the research were to:
* Provide intelligence to Lincolnshire County Council and the Authorities surrounding it on the crossover of catchments of libraries on the borders of Local Authorities, highlighting variations and themes in levels of provision.
* Make recommendations for a standard approach to analysing library usage data across Local Authority boundaries.
