I found the time spent working with GGA on this project to be really valuable. The findings really helped the marketing team develop a better understanding of our audience and helped us establish a clearer framework for future marketing campaigns. Development of Standard Box Office System Reports

This report examines the possibility of developing a set of standard box office reports that would look similar and function in the same way regardless of the system on which they were running. The report recommends piloting three standard reports, working to the definitions and protocols provided by Stephen Cashman. ADUK has further work to do to achieve the recommendations of this report.
